About this program
The Innovation, Development, and Entrepreneurial Advancement Fund is Missouri Technology Corporation's state-sponsored venture capital program. The program makes investments in exchange for equity or convertible debt in promising early-stage, high-growth businesses, leveraging state and federal SSBCI funding to support commercialization, accelerate private investment, and create Missouri jobs.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Missouri-based early-stage, high-growth potential businesses seeking venture capital investment and matching private co-investment.
Requirements
- Company must be Missouri-based and high-growth potential.
- Company must apply before the applicable quarterly award cycle deadline.
- Company must complete MTC staff review and, if invited, present to the MTC Investment Committee.
