South Carolina artists who are at an early stage in their career development (or starting in a new discipline) and have been active for one to five years. Provides both grant funding and mentorship support.
Requirements
- Must be a South Carolina resident artist
- Must be at an early stage of career development (1-5 years active)
- Or must be starting career in a new discipline
