Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individual in Maine, including persons with disabilities; gross annual receipts under $30.72 million; personal net worth under $1.32 million.

- At least 51% owned and controlled by a person with a disability or other socially and economically disadvantaged individual
- Gross annual receipts under $30.72 million
- Personal net worth under $1.32 million (excluding primary residence and firm ownership)
