Nonprofits established for at least three years, educational institutions, and government entities including chambers of commerce, development districts, and public-private partnerships. Funds must benefit multiple businesses.
Requirements
- Nonprofit must be established for at least 3 years
- Must support small business development or entrepreneur training for multiple businesses
- Cannot use funds exclusively for a single business
