The Neighborhood Stabilization Homeowner Repair Program helps eligible Wilmington homeowners address major repair needs and preserve safe, stable owner-occupied housing in city neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Income-qualified homeowners within Wilmington city limits with eligible owner-occupied homes and qualifying major repair needs.
Requirements
- Submit application or lottery interest form when available
- Provide income, ownership, occupancy, insurance, property, tax, and repair documentation
- Allow inspection and complete approved repairs under program requirements
