Ohio Women's Business Enterprise Loan Program
Provides low-interest loans from $45,000 to $500,000 to Ohio-certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE). Interest rate is 3%, reduced to 1.5% for state-certified WBEs. Funds can be used for commercial real estate, renovations, leasehold improvements, machinery, and equipment.

Eligibility
Must be a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) or demonstrate women ownership. Business must have principal place of business in Ohio, be current on taxes, and not have defaulted on prior state assistance.
Requirements
- Ohio WBE certification required for reduced 1.5% interest rate (3% without certification)
- Business must be located and operating in Ohio
- Must be current on all federal, state, and local taxes
