About this program
The Inclusive Healthy Communities Grant Program funds nonprofit and local government projects that make New Jersey communities healthier, more inclusive, and more accessible for individuals with disabilities where they live, work, learn, and play. Eligibility
New Jersey nonprofit organizations and county or municipal government agencies that meet the active grant notice requirements.
Requirements
- Submit the state grant application with project narrative, budget, disability inclusion plan, community engagement strategy, work plan, and required organizational documents.
