Workforce Training Fund General Program
Competitive grants up to $200,000 for Massachusetts employers of any size to fund customized, large-scale workforce training programs. Supports upskilling and reskilling of current and newly hired employees.

Eligibility
Massachusetts employers of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicants work with training vendors of their choice to deliver a customized training plan.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- Must have a detailed training plan developed with a qualified training vendor
- Training must benefit current or newly hired Massachusetts-based employees
