The Baton Rouge North Economic Development District Façade and Signage Improvement Program helps property and business owners improve building fronts and site appearance inside district boundaries. Eligible improvements can include facades, awnings, infrastructure, landscaping, signage, parking, driveways, and pedestrian amenities.
Eligibility
Business or commercial property owners with projects located inside Baton Rouge North Economic Development District boundaries.
Requirements
- Project must be located within BRNEDD boundaries
- Submit application, property and project information, cost estimates, and improvement type
- Receive approval before starting eligible reimbursable work
