Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Montana private-sector employers training incumbent employees when the training will increase skill levels, support wage gains or promotion, expand markets or revenue, and help preserve Montana jobs.
Requirements
- Train eligible incumbent workers who meet program employment requirements.
- Demonstrate that the training will improve employee skills and support job retention, wage growth, promotion, market expansion, or revenue growth.
- Submit the application through the program's Submittable process before training begins.
