Eligibility
Nonprofit organizations and businesses undertaking projects that improve distressed areas. Arts and cultural organizations undertaking community improvement activities are eligible.
Requirements
- Must undertake a qualifying community improvement project in a distressed area
- Business making the investment earns tax credits up to 65% of the contribution
- Nonprofit organizations receiving contributions must use funds for approved community improvement activities
