Up to $10 million in grants from $50,000 to $1,000,000 for energy efficiency improvements at properties serving low-income residents receiving housing assistance, based on a prior energy efficiency assessment.

Eligibility
Public housing authorities, units of local government (municipalities, counties, townships), and nonprofits managing properties participating in federal, state, or local rental assistance, housing choice vouchers, or subsidized housing programs. Properties must be single-family or multifamily up to 40 dwelling units.
Requirements
- Must be a public housing authority, local government, or nonprofit managing qualifying housing
- Energy audit must have been completed within last 5 years
- Awards: $50,000 to $1,000,000
