Eligibility
State and local government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and agricultural associations, industry groups, and producer groups in Virginia. Grants up to $100,000 per project.
Requirements
- Must be a Virginia-based state/local government, educational institution, nonprofit, or agricultural association/producer group
- Project must increase competitiveness of specialty crops
- Pre-applications due February 6, 2026 for 2026 cycle
