The Rhode Island Small Business Loan Fund provides loans to eligible small businesses and manufacturers for working capital, equipment, real estate, and expansion needs that support economic development and job creation.

Eligible Rhode Island small businesses and manufacturers, including East Providence applicants, meeting underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through CommerceRI or designated fund process
- Provide business plan, financials, ownership, collateral, jobs, and use-of-funds information
- Complete underwriting, approval, closing, and compliance requirements
