Eligibility
Developers, businesses, and property owners pursuing eligible commercial, redevelopment, or investment projects in McFarland.
Requirements
- Engage Village of McFarland planning and economic development staff before project commitments
- Provide project scope, site, investment, public benefit, infrastructure, and financing gap information
- Receive village review, development approvals, and any required agreement or board action
