Eligibility
Eligible Nevada hemp growers must submit a complete grower application, required criminal history report, fees, land and crop details, and obtain approval before growing or handling industrial hemp.
Requirements
- Submit a complete Nevada hemp grower application and fee on or before July 1.
- Provide a Nevada Department of Public Safety criminal history report completed within 120 days of application.
- Disclose required land, crop, ownership, and operational information.
