About this program
The VI LEAP Fund, launched through the RTPark Community Impact Fund with catalytic grant support, is intended to provide flexible loan products, development services, financial literacy, and capacity building for local entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and underserved communities in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Eligibility
U.S. Virgin Islands entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and underserved community-based enterprises seeking affordable financing and business support.
Requirements
- Contact the RTPark Community Impact Fund for rollout and eligibility information
- Provide business plan, financing need, financial documents, owner or organization information, and impact details
- Complete loan readiness, financial literacy, underwriting, and capacity-building requirements
