About this program
The Ogden Redevelopment Agency uses redevelopment tools, including tax increment assistance where appropriate, to support qualifying projects that advance reinvestment, job creation, property improvement, and community development goals.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and projects located in eligible Ogden redevelopment areas that meet public benefit and approval requirements.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Ogden City and RDA staff before project commitments
- Submit project budget, financing gap, site control, investment, public benefit, and timeline information
- Receive required RDA board, city, agreement, and performance approvals
