SBA-funded VBOC serving all of Maryland (plus DC, DE, and northern VA) from the University of Maryland Discovery District in College Park; provides free one-on-one business counseling, training, mentoring, and resource referrals to active-duty members, transitioning service members, Guard/Reserve, and military spouses; delivers Boots to Business at Maryland's 15 military installations.
