About this program
Senior Freeze reimburses eligible New Jersey residents for property tax increases on their principal residence, helping older homeowners and eligible residents with disabilities manage rising property tax costs. Deadline notes: Annual application deadlines are announced by the Division of Taxation; older adults use the PAS-1 combined property tax relief application. Notes: Property tax relief, not a business or nonprofit grant.
Eligibility
New Jersey homeowners or mobile home owners who meet age or disability, residency, home ownership, occupancy, income, and property tax requirements.
Requirements
