Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary licensees selected under OCM rules and matched with fund-supported locations or related Social Equity Servicing Corporation support.
Requirements
- Hold or receive a qualifying CAURD license.
- Complete post-selection and location-matching requirements.
- Enter applicable lease, financing, or support agreements with DASNY, SESC, or fund partners.
