The Albany County Business Development Corporation, through the Al Tech Loan Fund administered by Advance Albany County Alliance, provides financing to small- and medium-sized businesses that show potential for growth, real property improvement, job creation, or job retention.
Eligibility
Small and medium-sized businesses in Albany County, and in special cases larger businesses, with viable projects that support growth and employment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate business viability and growth, improvement, or job retention potential
- Submit loan application, financial statements, business plan, collateral, and project budget
- Use proceeds for eligible business development or real property improvement purposes
