Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and mixed-use property owners in participating Rhode Island municipalities may finance qualifying energy, water, renewable energy, or resilience improvements, including projects at manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
- Project property must be in a participating Rhode Island municipality.
- Applicant must own or control an eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, or mixed-use property.
- Project must include eligible improvements such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, or resilience upgrades.
