Grants of $5,000 to $50,000 for small Kansas communities (population 5,000 or less) for quality-of-life and community vibrancy initiatives, including arts and cultural projects that support economic revitalization.

Communities in 78 designated Kansas counties with populations of 5,000 or less. Community vibrancy is an eligible project category which can include arts and cultural programming.
Requirements
- Must be located in a designated county with population of 5,000 or less
- Project must fall under an eligible quality-of-life category (community vibrancy)
- Grant range is $5,000 to $50,000
