IMLS National Leadership Grants for Libraries
Supports projects that develop, enhance, or adapt replicable practices, programs, models, or tools to strengthen library and archival services for the American public. Focus areas include broad access and preservation of information and collections, and services to communities affected by emergencies or disasters.

Eligibility
Libraries, archives, museums and other institutions, and combinations of institutions including consortia. Includes nonprofit organizations, units of state or local government, and federally recognized Indian tribes.
