Restaurants and food service businesses in designated Enterprise Zones receive up to 7 years of state tax benefits including general excise tax exemptions and income tax abatements by meeting EZ hiring and gross receipts requirements.

For-profit restaurants and food service businesses located in one of Hawaii's 20 designated Enterprise Zones that satisfy EZ hiring and gross receipts requirements.
