NMSDC MBE certification through the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council connects Texas minority-owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporate supply chains. Texas has multiple NMSDC regional councils including DFW MSDC and the Greater Houston Minority Supplier Development Council.

Texas-based businesses at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by minority individuals (African American, Hispanic, Asian American, Native American). Annual certification fee based on company size.

- Complete application through NMSDC Hub (nmsdc.org)
- Documentation of ownership and control
