About this program
MOBUCK$ is Missouri's linked deposit program administered by the State Treasurer to help Missouri small businesses access lower-cost financing through participating lenders. The Treasurer's Office places state funds with qualified financial institutions at a discounted rate, and the lender passes the savings to the borrower, typically lowering interest rates by about two to three percent.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are for-profit small businesses headquartered in Missouri that maintain operations and transact business in Missouri and employ fewer than 100 full-time employees.
