About this program
The Minneapolis Commercial Property Development Fund provides loan financing to support commercial property acquisition and improvements in Minneapolis. The program is intended to help small business owners, developers, and community development partners complete commercial real estate projects that support neighborhood business districts, commercial ownership, and reinvestment in underinvested areas.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, developers, and community development organizations with eligible commercial property acquisition, renovation, or improvement projects in Minneapolis may apply.
Requirements
- Project must be located in Minneapolis.
- Loan proceeds must support eligible commercial property development, acquisition, renovation, or improvement costs.
- Applicant must submit a City of Minneapolis business loan application.
