Rebuild Alabama Act (RAA) Annual Grant Program
ALDOT administers $15 million annually through the RAA Grant Program for FY2026 for improvements to classified roads and bridges open to public traffic. Up to $250,000 per project with no local match required for $10M portion.

Any local governmental entity (county or municipality) in Alabama that owns and maintains the roads and bridges included in project improvements.
Requirements
- Must be a county or municipality within Alabama
- Must own and maintain all roads and bridges included in the project
- Projects must involve improvements to classified roads or bridges open to public traffic
