Eligibility
Qualifying physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, or certified registered nurse anesthetists. Community must have population of 10,000 or less, not within 20-mile radius of a city of 50,000+, and have unmet provider need greater than 0.25 FTE.
