Eligibility
Nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, community colleges, faith-based organizations, and business associations in Illinois that deliver pre-apprenticeship training aligned with union construction trade apprenticeships.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit, community-based organization, community college, or business association in Illinois
- Training program must connect graduates to DOL-registered apprenticeship programs
- Must serve populations underrepresented in the construction trades
