Pennsylvania SCSEP provides paid, part-time training and employment services to low-income residents age 55 and older who need skills for work or self-employment readiness.

Eligibility
Eligible participants are unemployed Pennsylvania residents age 55 or older with income at or below SCSEP limits who need job training and have poor employment prospects.
Requirements
- Be a Pennsylvania resident age 55 or older.
- Be unemployed and meet SCSEP income eligibility requirements.
- Apply through the Pennsylvania Department of Aging or local SCSEP provider.
