About this program
ARISE funds multi-state projects that strengthen Appalachian economies through business development, workforce systems, infrastructure planning, and regional collaboration.
Eligibility
Eligible public and nonprofit entities may apply for collaborative projects serving multiple Appalachian states.
Requirements
- Submit letter of intent and full application when invited
- Serve at least two ARC states
- Demonstrate regional economic impact
