SupplyRI connects Rhode Island small and diverse businesses, including construction trade contractors, with large-scale anchor purchasers (including construction companies), providing supplier readiness training to help them compete for contracts. Enhanced with $1.75 million in FY2024–2025 funding.

Eligibility
Rhode Island small businesses, including MWBE-owned and diverse trade contractors, seeking to compete for contracts with large anchor institutions such as hospitals, universities, utilities, and major construction firms.
Requirements
- Must be a Rhode Island small or diverse-owned business
- Registration in the SupplyRI supplier network
- Participation in supplier readiness training and technical assistance
