Affordable housing developers, nonprofits, housing authorities, and project sponsors with eligible Delaware housing projects meeting DSHA underwriting and affordability requirements.
Requirements

- Provide site control, development budget, financing commitments, affordability plan, market information, and compliance capacity
- Meet underwriting, construction, affordability, monitoring, and reporting requirements
