The USVI Enterprise Zone Commission offers tax credits and economic development benefits in designated zones, including Christiansted on St. Croix, for qualified construction, rehabilitation, equipment investment, and job creation.
Eligibility
Investors, property owners, and businesses undertaking eligible projects within the Christiansted enterprise zone on St. Croix.
Requirements
- Submit a complete Enterprise Zone Commission application
- Document zone location, investment, construction or rehabilitation costs, equipment, jobs, and ownership or lease information
- Receive approval and comply with zone benefit and reporting requirements
