About this program
Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon serves Gresham and the Portland metro area with small business loans, credit-building, classes, technical assistance, and tailored support for under-resourced and excluded entrepreneurs.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs and small businesses in Gresham and MESO’s service area that meet loan program and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business information, financials, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Meet MESO underwriting, repayment, eligibility, and service area requirements
- Participate in business advising or technical assistance when required
