Eligibility
Businesses buying machinery, machine tools, parts, or construction/repair materials for use solely and exclusively in an Enterprise Zone and directly in manufacturing may qualify.
Requirements
- Operate or use qualifying equipment in a Colorado Enterprise Zone
- Use the property directly and predominantly in eligible manufacturing
- Complete and retain the required declaration or exemption documentation
