About this program
The Virginia Beach Development Authority supports commercial corridor revitalization through the Façade Improvement Grant. Eligible businesses and property owners can receive matching grant support for visible exterior improvements such as signage, awnings, lighting, paint, windows, doors, landscaping, and other improvements that enhance commercial properties.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial property owners or business tenants in qualifying Virginia Beach districts or corridors, subject to Development Authority approval.
