SFCA Community Arts Grants support eligible nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts and culture organizations statewide. In FY2024, $9.4 million was awarded to 48 arts and culture nonprofits across Hawaii.

Eligibility
Nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts and culture organizations based in Hawaii. Applications through Hawaii GoSmart. FY2027 applications open March 1 – April 14, 2026.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts or culture organization
- Must be Hawaii-based
- Must submit Intent to Apply and application through Hawaii GoSmart
