Eligibility
Eligible applicants include qualifying small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, as well as eligible tribally owned, Alaska Native Corporation-owned, and Native Hawaiian Organization-owned businesses that meet SBA requirements.
Requirements
- Qualify as a small business under SBA size standards or meet applicable tribal ownership rules
- Meet 8(a) ownership, control, social disadvantage, economic disadvantage, and potential-for-success requirements
- Submit certification through MySBA Certifications with required ownership, financial, tax, and narrative documentation
