Eligibility
Industrial project sponsors, manufacturers, and consortia with eligible decarbonization demonstration projects may apply during DOE funding opportunities.
Requirements
- Submit concept paper and full application when funding is open
- Provide required cost share
- Demonstrate emissions reduction and commercial viability
