Provides collateral support up to 20% of a loan or loan participation to help creditworthy Kentucky restaurant and food service small businesses access capital when they have a collateral shortfall.

Eligibility
For-profit restaurant and food service small businesses in Kentucky that a lender has determined are creditworthy but lack sufficient collateral to secure financing.
Requirements
- Must be a for-profit small business in Kentucky
- Must work through a participating KSBCI lender
- Business must be creditworthy as determined by lender
