Eligible nonprofit and public agencies providing ESG-eligible homeless services to San Jose residents under HUD and city requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through San Jose housing or federal funding process when ESG funds are available
- Document eligible ESG activity, target population, budget, match, HMIS, and performance measures
- Comply with federal procurement, reporting, and grant requirements
