Eligibility
Eligible employers include manufacturing or production companies and other qualifying businesses approved for JTIP that create qualifying jobs in eligible rural New Mexico areas.
Requirements
- Operate as a qualifying manufacturing, production, service-export, or green industry employer
- Create eligible rural jobs filled by qualified employees for the required period
- Be approved for JTIP funds or otherwise meet program eligibility requirements
