Eligibility
Every Nebraska county or incorporated municipality not designated as a CDBG Entitlement Community is eligible. Nonprofits often partner with or receive subgrants through community applicants.
Requirements
- Primary applicant must be an eligible Nebraska county or municipality
- Projects must benefit low-to-moderate income persons or address community needs
- Six funding opportunities: Downtown Revitalization, Economic Development, Planning, Public Works-Infrastructure, Public Works-Facilities, Tourism Development
