Eligibility
Eligible users are Oklahoma-certified DBE firms, including qualifying minority-owned businesses, seeking training and business development assistance for federally assisted transportation contracting.
Requirements
- Be certified as a DBE with the State of Oklahoma or eligible for DBE development assistance.
- Operate or seek to operate in transportation contracting or related professional services.
- Request supportive services through ODOT or its DBE program resources.
