Eligibility
Building owners or authorized agents with eligible commercial or industrial buildings in Nixa that were constructed before January 1, 1989 may apply.
Requirements
- Building must be located in an area zoned commercial or industrial in Nixa.
- Building must have been constructed before January 1, 1989.
- Residential buildings and government-owned properties are not eligible.
