Evergreen Business Capital provides SBA 504 loans to help Washington small businesses finance owner-occupied real estate, buildings, major equipment, and expansion projects.
Eligibility
Eligible Washington small businesses, including Walla Walla companies, purchasing or improving fixed assets and meeting SBA 504 requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Evergreen Business Capital and a participating lender
- Provide project costs, business financials, borrower equity, property or equipment details, and SBA documentation
- Meet SBA size, occupancy, job creation or public policy, underwriting, and closing requirements
